Interior of the Lourdes cave with a statue of the Virgin Mary, an altar, and numerous lit candles. Printed text in French: 'At the Blessed Grotte I prayed for you'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Claude Pendence' in La Toste, with a postmark from Lourdes dated 17 June 1982 and a stamp from the Pilgrimage Medical Centre.
