Aerial view of the Saint-Salvi Church in Albi, with its tile roofs and imposing bell tower, amidst a dense urban fabric. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated December 3, 1913, addressed to Mr. Martin Leech in Herault, with a French 10-centime postage stamp and a Tarbes postmark.
