View of Rue Guéguen in Senlis, showing an ongoing demolition of a building with the inscription 'VINS O.ENCAUSSE RESTAURANT'. Four men, including two on bicycles, stand in front of the ruins. The reverse shows a dated letter from 31 July 1918 addressed to Marseille, with green stamps of 25 and 50 centimes and cancellation 'SEN LIS 8 MAI 1918'.
