View of the Town Hall in Alençon, an imposing stone building with a clock above the pediment. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame and Monsieur Lebeau, 44, rue Letellier, Paris, with a stamp and a cancellation from Alençon (60) dated 20-2-30. The sender is L. Pauly, with a handwritten message.
