The monument, adorned with sculptures and bas-reliefs, is surrounded by flower-filled gardens. Reverse: dated dispatch from 12 June 1944 to Madame Gelas Raynaud de Charneay from Tézijille, with two blue 30 franc stamps and a postmark from Algiers.
