Description

Black and white view of a narrow street in the Casbah of Alger, with arcaded buildings and inhabitants in traditional attire. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 30/5/32, addressed to 'Dear little Mimi', signed 'Siline' and sent from Alger. The reverse also features the inscription 'Alger — Photomechanical Arts' and a French postmark with cancellation.
