Description

Black and white aerial view of the port of Algiers, with many boats in the harbor and the city extending gently up the hills in the background. The printed text at the bottom indicates the view was taken from the Lighthouse of the Admiralty. On the reverse, a postcard with a handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Raffectin in Méchraa, and two 5-centime Algerian postage stamps canceled with a postmark dated December 31, 1905.
