Black and white aerial view of the village of Tiïzi-Ouzou, nestled at the foot of verdant mountains, with scattered white houses and a visible church. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame E. Coll in Courbevoie, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Alger dated February 20, 1908.
