Black and white aerial view of the village of Cl. Salvain nestled in a mountain valley, with cultivated fields and snow-capped peaks in the background. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Paul Dourne in Paris, with two French postage stamps (50c and 5c) and a cancellation of 'ALLEVY' dated January 15, 1912. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom of the back: 'Albert Hébert, Daourine'.
