View of a narrow street in Landau in Alsace, lined with old houses with stone and wooden facades, with a canal in the center. The back has a handwritten letter dated 17/1/19, sent from Landau in Germany to Madame Larni in Paris, with a postmark and a cancellation of 'LATTESOR ET POSTES' from 18-1-1909.
