View of Altdorf's village square with the Telle memorial in the center, surrounded by traditional buildings and an octagonal fountain. A yellow tram is running on the tracks. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Y.B. Rouget in Marseille, with a 10-centime Swiss stamp and a postmark from Schönenwerd dated October 17, 1916.
