View of the Clos Lucé castle in Amboise, with an inscription indicating its construction by Estienne 'Le Loup' in 1471, and the addition of the chapel by Charles VIII and Anne de Bretagne in 1471, where Leonardo da Vinci died in 1519. Back: handwritten correspondence dated 18/4/27 addressed to 'Ma chère Loute', with printed instructions for the address and correspondence.
