Black and white view of the Château d'Amboise overlooking the banks of the Loire, with its reflections in the water. On the reverse, printed text indicating the publisher 'Héliogravure Combier Macon' and a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mme Tomma Teissière, 21 rue d'Anjou, Paris (10e)', with an 8-franc stamp and a postmark from Amboise dated 7 August 1950.
