Description

Illustrated postcard depicting a couple in a romantic fishing scene, with a woman sitting on a rock and a man behind her. The printed text at the bottom says: 'It is a bream, alas! Like a man, it gets caught. To all these vain charms that a woman knows how to offer.' The reverse has a handwritten address to 'Monsieur Émile Vidal, 3 rue de la République, Paris' and a postmark from 'Lourdes' dated May 10, 1900.
