View of the cloister of the former Saint-John Hospital in Angers, dated to the 12th century, with its Romanesque arcades and paved floor. The reverse features a letter dated March 5, 1934, sent from Angers to Écommoy (Tarthe) by Henri Carteaux, with a 20-centime postage stamp and a postmark.
