Description

Black and white view of the moats of Angers Castle with its round stone towers and a foreground garden with geometric patterns. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 1928, addressed to « dear Madame Janice » in Tartonne, signed by Jean Bertier, mentioning an « exceptional quality wine harvest ».
