Description

Statue of King René I, Duke of Anjou, placed in the nave of the church of Nantilly, with his epitaph engraved on a stone slab. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated Angers, June 29, 1913, addressed to family members, mentioning a military leave and a trip to Paris. The postmark and cancellation are visible at the top right.
