Description

View of the south facade of the Town Hall in Angoulême, printed in black and white with a red legend. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame de Cartigue in Bergerac, with a 40-centime green stamp and a postmark from Angoulême dated 15 September 1903. The address is handwritten and the card bears a signature 'Sévon' with the inscription 'merci affectueux'.
