View of the southeast facade of the Town Hall in Angoulême, showing its mixed architecture with a round stone tower and adjacent buildings in dark stone. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated July 30, 1906, addressed to Madame Brion in Landes, with a 5-cent postage stamp and a cancellation from Saint-Severin (Charente).
