View of Angoulême City Hall, showing its South-East facade with an imposing round stone tower and a main wing with ornate architecture. On the reverse, handwritten text addresses the card to Monsieur Herbin at Cordial Ambulance, with a postmark and a cancellation from Toulouse dated June 3, 1907.
