View of a small wooden bridge crossing a shaded canal, surrounded by tall trees in the public garden of Angoulême, dated March 14, 1940. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to 'My dear little Paul' by 'Mr. Paul Brientenne' from Saint-Lambert, with a note stating 'Printed in France'.
