Description

Commemorative monument of 1870 in Angoulême, adorned with garlands and funeral crowns, with a seated statue at the base of an engraved obelisk. On the reverse, correspondence addressed to M. Guechard in Puteaux, with a blue stamp and cancellation mark from Toulouse dated October 30, 1907.
