Postcard showing a chamois specimen standing on a rock, in a naturalistic style. Printed text at the top: « 148. Animals of SAVOIE. — The Chamois ». Handwritten inscription in pencil: « A few years ago, the chamois was well hunted! ». On the back, correspondence addressed to « My Dear Uncle » in La Garenne-Colombes (Seine), with a 40-centime stamp and a Thoissey cancellation dated October 24, 1918.
