Black and white view of the Island of Swans in Annecy, with several swans swimming on the lake and snow-capped mountains in the background. Printed text at the bottom: '421 — ANNECY. — The Island of Swans.' and 'Pittier, photo-publisher, Annecy.' On the reverse, handwritten address to Aix-les-Bains, 25-centime postmark canceled in Annecy on September 8, 1930, and stamp 'POSTAL CARD To be used only in the domestic service (France, Algeria, Tunisia).'
