Black and white view of the Torengebouwen in Antwerp, a 87 1/2 meter tall building with 27 floors (24 usable), presented as the tallest in Europe. The reverse shows a handwritten letter addressed to Louis Mellian in Paris, with two Belgian stamps (10c and 25c) and a Brussels postmark.
