View of the City Hall of Antwerp (Stadhuis) during the July festivals of 1923, with a poster announcing the 'Fiestas de Amberes' from August 12 to 19, 1923. The reverse features a handwritten address to 'M. Laurent, Hôtel-Centraal, Ostend' and a violet stamp from 'Bibliothèques des Gares, S.A.' dated August 15, 1923.
