Three African musicians play the tam-tam, balafon, and a large drum in front of thatched huts. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 1953 sent from Dakar to the recipient in Paris, with a 20-centime Cameroon stamp and a postmark 'CAMEROUN 1953'.
