View of the Town Hall in Armentières, an imposing building with a clock tower adorned with pinnacles and arched windows, on a paved square. On the reverse, handwritten address sends the postcard to 'Miss Agnès Gilet, Messincourt, Ardennes', with an 8-cent postage stamp and a postmark of 'ARMENTIÈRES 15 JUNE 1908'.
