View of the infantry barracks in Arras, with a gate marked 'QUARTIER SORBAN' in the center. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated February 6, 1902, signed by L. Moutier, addressed to Mrs. G. Malfarès in Versailles. A 10-centime postage stamp is affixed, with an obliteration from Arras dated February 23, 1902.
