Description

Devastated view of the Grand' Place in Arras after the bombings of 1915 and 1916, showing ruined buildings with broken windows and rubble. The back has handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Richard' in 'Sceaux' with a postmark of 2 March 1945 and a Paris correspondence stamp.
