Description

View of the main facade of the Town Hall in Arras, in Gothic style adorned with gables, arched windows and arcades at ground level. The back has a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur l'abbé Gallet' in Dourlougn, with a green 5-centime postmark of the French Republic cancelled in Arras.
