Description

Black and white view of the ruins of the Town Hall in Arras, showing the destroyed west façade with collapsed columns and arches, surrounded by debris. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame J. Sepage in Paris, with a 15 centime stamp and a postmark of 'Arras 13' dated 19 April.
