View of the City Hall in Arras, a Gothic building from the 16th century with its clock tower, on the Vacquerie Square. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. L. Hoch in Paris, with a 10 centimes postage stamp and a postmark from Arras dated July 13, 1907.
