Description

Devastated view of La Petite Place in Arras in 1919, with ruined buildings and debris scattered across the square. A single pedestrian walks among the rubble. On the back, handwritten message 'Bons souvenirs Marcelle' and address to Madame Boogiers in Saint-Quentin-lès-Ciney. Two 10-centime stamps and a postmark from Arras dated 17-8-32.
