Description

Black and white view of the Market Square in Arras, centered on the City Hall with its clock tower, surrounded by buildings with ornate facades. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 29, 1947, addressed to Madame Marcel Solat in Puteaux, with a 16-cent postage stamp and an 'ARRAS' cancellation.
