View of the Town Hall of Arras with its 75-meter-high belfry, classified as a historical monument from the 16th century, adorned with a beautiful carillon, one of whose bells weighs 9,000 kilograms. Back: postcard dated 10-8-1916 sent to Mr. Rouilleau, Director of Direct Taxes and Cadastre in Alençon (Orne), with the inscription 'Respectful greetings' in the sender's handwriting.
