View of the Post Office in Arras, an imposing building with a classical façade and central dome, bearing the inscription 'POSTES TÉLÉGRAPHES TÉLÉPHONES'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Maurice Roquette in Paris, with a 50 centimes French Republic stamp dated 28 May 1928.
