Description

View of the breakwater in Arromanches-les-Bains under a storm, with waves crashing against the embankments and coastal buildings. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Moundar in Paris, accompanied by two green 5-centime stamps and one red 15-centime stamp, all canceled with a postmark from Saint-Maur-des-Fossés.
