Beach scene at low tide in Arromanches, with children playing in puddles and adults in the background near coastal buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mademoiselle Sin Frank' in Paris, with a 20-centime stamp and a postmark from Arromanches-Calvados dated 28 July 1921.
