Shrimp fishing scene on the beach of Asnelles, with several people in work clothes in the water. Printed text at the bottom: 'ASNELLES. — Shrimp Fishing'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 23, 1908, sent from Asnelles to Sarville, with a red 10-centime stamp and two cancellations: 'ASNELLES 23 AOÛT 1908' and 'SARVILLE 23 AOÛT 1908'.
