View of the Town Hall in Asnières, an imposing building with a clock and ornate roof, dated around 1918. Reverse: postcard sent to Madame and Mr. Justin in Lillebonne, with 40-centime and 20-centime stamps, postmark from Asnières-sur-Seine dated 18 July 1918, and handwritten message 'Affectueuse Souvenir'.
