View of the Sainte-Marie Cathedral in Auch, Gers, showing its west ensemble with its two towers and entrance porch. The reverse details the history of the church, dating back to the original 11th-century church, rebuilt in 509 by Clovis, then rebuilt in the 12th century, with restoration work in the 17th century. The current building, completed in the 17th century, features choir rooms and Renaissance-era stained glass windows.
