Description

Postcard showing the ruins of a Roman building in Autun, identified as the Temple of Janus, with a height of 23 meters and dating from the founding of Augustodunum (15 BCE). The back bears a handwritten address to Madame Barre in Paris, a green 5-centime French Republic stamp canceled on 27-6-17, and a sender's signature P. Jarlot.
