View of the Town Hall of Riom, a 16th-century building with Gothic arcades and mullioned windows. Printed text at the bottom: 'Auvergne Puy-de-Dôme — 524. RIOM — Town Hall (16th century)'. Reverse: handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle L'Affre, Rue des Huissiers, Querley / Seine', with a green 10 centimes stamp and a Riom postmark dated December 1, 1903.
