View of Auxerre's Clock Tower, with its spired steeple and visible clock face, in the middle of a street lined with shops, one of which bears the sign 'GUYARD'. On the reverse, correspondence addressed to Monsieur René Gosselin in Montreuil-sur-Mer, with a Paris postmark dated July 2, 1920, and a publisher's stamp from Lévy Fils & Cie.
