Description

Black and white view of the Clock Tower of Auxerre, a Gothic monument from the 15th century with a Roman numeral clock, framed by old buildings and passersby. On the reverse, a postcard signed by G. Moreau and Marcel Otuelle, addressed to Madame Saranthoïn in Saint-Infinicien, with a 40-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Auxerre dated 27/09/1948.
