Detailed view of the Gothic sculptures adorning the base of the portal of the Saint-Lazare church in Avalon, with carved floral and animal motifs. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Émile Lecomte in Brevannes, 5-centime stamp, and a postmark from Saint-Quentin (Aisne) post office dated May 11, 1911.
