Interior view of the Notre-Dame-des-Douleurs chapel within the cathedral of Avignon, featuring a statue of the Virgin with Child at the center of a richly decorated altar, flanked by statues and candles. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Henry Castano in Nîmes, with a green 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Avignon dated April 5, 1906.
