View of the Town Hall in Avignon, an imposing building with an ornate bell tower and columns at the entrance, surrounded by trees and a few passersby. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mademoiselle Parchon' in Marseille, with a French postage stamp from 1906 and a postmark from Avignon dated July 11, 1906.
