View of the main facade of the Palais des Papes in Avignon, with an inscription indicating that the visible part dates from the construction under Clement VI (1342–1352) and mentions the presence of the coat of arms. The reverse is addressed to Madame Mériy in Saint-Cyr-Vaz, with a 5-centime green stamp and a postal cancellation from Vaison-la-Romaine dated 28–9–1907.
